Becky Lynch was able to outlast Charlotte Flair at WWE Evolution to retain her Smackdown Women’s Championship. The match has been heavily praised by fans, with a lot of people considering it as a match of the year contender.
Now that Becky has successfully retained against Charlotte, what is next for the ‘Irish Lasskicker’? Let’s speculate a little bit.
Let’s start with Charlotte. I am going to say that the feud between Becky and Charlotte is over for now. I think that the Last Woman Standing match was a perfect way to end their feud and both should move on to different things.
So what is next for Becky?
My gut says that WWE is going to do Champion vs Champion matches at Survivor Series again this year. As a result, she will likely be facing Ronda Rousey at the event. This should be a great match and one that I am sure that many fans are looking forward to.
So what about her next feud on Smackdown?
My gut says that Becky’s next big feud on Smackdown will be with Naomi. I think that WWE will potentially save Asuka vs Becky for Wrestlemania 35, which means they won’t start feuding right now. I think Becky vs Naomi could be a nice feud for a couple of months, with maybe one or two PPV matches between the two.
Becky vs Ronda at Survivor Series, followed by Becky vs Naomi at TLC is my guess.
