Clarification On The ‘Superstar Shake Up’ Between RAW and Smackdown

Vince McMahon appeared on the RAW after Wrestlemania 33 to the delight of the crowd. Mr. McMahon had some big news to announce. He not only announced Kurt Angle as the new General Manager of RAW, he also said that next week we will be shaking up the rosters of RAW and Smackdown! A ‘Superstar Shake Up’!

Mr. McMahon called it a ‘superstar shake up’. So what exactly does that mean? Will it be another draft or will it be trades between brands. Here is some clarification.

WWE.com posted an article after RAW that gives us an indication that the ‘superstar shake up’ means trades between RAW and Smackdown and not a full-out draft.

The article says that Kurt Angle and Daniel Bryan are already in talks with one another. Also this key point:

“The WWE Chairman will be granting both sides an opportunity to make trades, deals and other moves that they feel fit, according to WWE.com sources”
