Paige became the new General Manager of Smackdown Live only one night after her official retirement speech. She seems to be filling the role nicely so far and fans have been receptive to her running the show on Tuesday nights.

So how do backstage officials feel about the job that Paige has done so far?
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, WWE officials are very happy with the job she is doing. Here is a quote (via Ringside News):
“They’re extremely happy with Paige as the GM. Extremely Happy. They definitely want to showcase her more especially since the movie about her life is going to come out towards WrestleMania season next year. So you can expect that she’s going to get a lot more facetime leading into that to help promote that film.”
