The Usos did not end up making an appearance on the Summerslam card this year. Reports suggested that Jimmy couldn’t get into Canada after his recent DUI.
The Usos have been off WWE television for several weeks now. This was very noticeable during the tag team turmoil match on RAW, which featured 8 tag teams but not the Usos.
We have the latest update to pass your way on the twins.
According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscribe here), the Usos are being kept off WWE television and live events following Jimmy’s DUI. Meltzer says that he has been told they are expected to return in a couple of weeks.
Their last match was on the July 29th RAW, where the O.C won the RAW tag team Championships. The Usos took the pin in the match, which also included the Revival.
We will let you know if we hear anything more about their status over the next few weeks.
