Over the past few months, the WWE Cruiserweight division has not been featured at all on Monday Night RAW. This was a bit strange because we were used to seeing a Cruiserweight segment or two each week on Monday night’s to promote 205 Live the next night.

So why do 205 Live stars no longer appear on RAW?
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, this was a decision that was made after Triple H took control of the show several months back. For those unaware, Triple H took the reigns of the show from Vince McMahon, who was previously the man in charge.
Johnson says that the decision was made as a way to not overexpose any of the Cruiserweights. He also says that it is a way to make sure that various talents are protected.
The strategy in mind is to completely change the perception of the Cruiserweight division.
