WWE has confirmed that we will be getting a segment on Smackdown involving Aleister Black. We will apparently be finding out who his opponent will be at WWE Extreme Rules.
I wanted to pass along my theory on what I think will happen during the segment.
My guess is that Black will cut a promo in the middle of the ring. After a few words from Black, the lights at the arena will shut off.
When the lights come on, Black will be hit with an ‘RKO OUTTA NOWHERE’ by Randy Orton.
This would make sense as the lights turned off during one of Black’s promos a few weeks ago. Plus, it would be an easy way for WWE to set up Black vs Orton at the Extreme Rules PPV. Orton recently returned from injury and would make sense as Black’s first opponent on the WWE main roster. I should also mention that Orton and Black were working together at recent live events prior to Orton getting injured.
