This past weekend, WWE held tapings in Norwich, England for the upcoming United Kingdom Championship Live shows (that will air later in the month on the WWE Network). During the taping, Triple H came to the ring to thank the live crowd.
As many people know, a common request from WWE fans in the United Kingdom is to host Wrestlemania one day.
Fans in attendance of the Norwich show chanted ‘We Want Mania’ at Triple H. From a live report from theSun.co.uk, it doesn’t sound like fans in the UK should get their hopes up to host the event anytime soon:
“When Triple H appeared mid-show to thank the UK fans, he was met with a chorus “We want Mania!”.
He jokingly replied: “Oh, you want Mania? I can get you the code for the travel packages.
It’s only 7 hours away. I do that journey all the time. Don’t keep bitchin’.”

Will we ever see a UK Wrestlemania? It doesn’t seem likely at this point but fans will continue to request it. It would certainly be a loud atmosphere if it ever was to happen. Maybe the company will throw fans a bone and give them a Pay-Per-View one day. We will have to wait and see.
