Jeff Hardy was arrested back in March for Driving While Intoxicated [DWI]. This was in Cabarrus County, which is in his home state of North Carolina . Jeff reportedly blew a .25, which is more than three times the legal limit.

We have an update on Jeff’s DWI arrest to pass your way.
According to WBTV, Hardy pleaded guilty to the charge. He was fined $300 for court costs and was given a 120-day suspended sentence.
Jeff will reportedly need to complete an assessment and treatment class in addition to turning over his license. He will also have 120 days to complete 48 hours of community service.
