2 new matches and 1 segment was added to Battleground 2016 during the July 11th RAW. Darren Young won an Intercontinental Championship number one contender Battle Royal to start the show. This earned him the right to face the Miz in 2 weeks for the belt! Next it was announced that Randy Orton would be on the Highlight Reel with Chris Jericho.
