Vince McMahon & John Cena Comment On The 14 Year Anniversary Of John Cena’s WWE Debut.
John Cena’s WWE debut was 14 years ago today (June 27th). He showed up on Smackdown to accept an open challenge from Kurt Angle. After a hard fought match, Angle ended up picking up the win but the young Cena showed promise. He was even congratulated backstage from the Undertaker. It was clear that he was going to be a star and 14 years later he has become one of the biggest stars in WWE history.
