Many fans pointed out during Clash of Champions that ring announcer Greg Hamilton didn’t pause for the ‘One Fall’ chant before the WWE Title match between AJ Styles and Jinder Mahal. Some fans have pointed out that WWE’s ring announcers have been doing it less and less over the past few weeks.

So why did WWE scrap the “One Fall” chant?
According to Dave Meltzer, the reason is simple: Vince McMahon hates it. Here was an exchange that Meltzer had on Twitter about he topic:
