WWE Super Showdown will feature a gauntlet match for the Tuwaiq Mountain Trophy. WWE originally announced that the match will be Andrade vs Bobby Lashley vs AJ Styles vs R-Truth vs Erick Rowan vs Rusev.
WWE has now made a change to this match, replacing Rusev.
Rusev has been officially replaced in this match by Rey Mysterio. Here is a screenshot from WWE’s website that reflects the change:
It is unclear why Rusev was pulled from this match as of writing this. We will let you know if we hear anything more.
