This week’s episode of Monday Night RAW takes place at the Pepsi Center in Denver. Below are our predictions on what will happen on the episode.
8) Bobby Roode Will Face (And Defeat) Konnor Of The Ascension
Last week on RAW, Chad Gable defeated Viktor of the Ascension. After the match, Konnor attacked both Gable and Bobby Roode to close the segment. My guess is that we are going to get Konnor vs Bobby on RAW this week.
I am guessing that Bobby will get some redemption here for what happened last week. I would be surprised to see Konnor defeat either Gable or Roode.
7) Ruby Riott Will Defeat Brie Bella
Brie vs Ruby has been officially confirmed for RAW this week. Both will be on opposite sides of one another in the 6-woman tag team match at WWE Super Show-Down. The Riott Squad will face The Bella Twins and Ronda Rousey at the event.
My guess is that Ruby picks up a clean win here. WWE is going to want to build Ruby up as a bigger threat as we head into Super Show-Down. As a result, defeating Brie makes sense to me here.
6) AOP Will Defeat An Actual Tag Team From The Roster (And Not Jobbers)
I don’t know about anybody else, but I am getting sick of AOP squashing jobbers every week. I think that WWE will finally be giving them some bigger competition on RAW this week.
My guess is that AOP defeats Heath Slater and Rhyno on this week’s episode. It won’t last long, but it will be an improvement on the squash matches that we are seeing every week.
5) Bobby Lashley Will Defeat Elias
Another confirmed match for RAW is Bobby Lashley vs Elias. I am personally excited to see more of Lio Rush as he impressed with his athletic showing last week. I am digging his partnership with Lashley and am looking forward to seeing more.
My guess is that Lashley picks up the win against Elias. Probably after some sort of distraction from Lio.
