5 Superstars Who Could Be Revealed As The Leader Of ‘Retribution’

3) Roman Reigns/ Paul Heyman

Another option for the leader of Retribution is Roman Reigns, who recently returned to WWE television and aligned himself with Paul Heyman.

The rumor going around is that Retribution is going to be a RAW-exclusive faction and won’t be causing any more havoc on Smackdown. This is quite a coincidence since Reigns is now back on Smackdown and would be safe from any future attacks.

It could be an interesting storyline if Paul Heyman and Roman were revealed to be the leaders. They brought Roman back to dominate Smackdown and they had their Retribution followers take over RAW. The goal would be for them to take over control of WWE entirely.

We will have to wait and see on this one but I wouldn’t rule out Roman as the potential leader.

2) Samoa Joe

On a recent episode of RAW, Samoa Joe teased that he will be returning to the ring soon. Maybe, he will be revealed as the leader of this faction?

I always thought that Joe would be a great leader of a stable in WWE. It would be cool to see him lead a group of underutilized Superstars. This could also be great for him as it would limit the time that he has to be in the ring. Injuries have been an issue for him, so they could save him for only big matches with his faction members doing most of the in-ring work for him. This would help Joe stay in a prominent role on RAW but would also help keep him healthy.

I also think that it could be Joe because he keeps finding out information on RAW and saying (on commentary) that it is because he is well respected in the locker room. Maybe he is actually the hacker? This would explain why he is finding out information early like the footage of Zelina Vega poisoning Montez Ford.

We will have to wait and see but I wouldn’t rule out Joe as the potential leader.
