WWE Rumor: Is Triple H Building A New Evolution?

The original ‘Evolution’ faction featured – Ric Flair, Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista. Each member represented the best in wrestling. Flair represented the past, Triple H was the present and Orton/Batista were the future. Could Triple H be re-creating this faction on RAW? A new Evolution?

Over the past few weeks, we have seen Triple H tease some alliances with current members of the RAW roster. It appears like he is putting together a new faction.

The most obvious addition is Samoa Joe, who has been at Triple H’s side for the past few weeks and is clearly doing his bidding.

The other is Kevin Owens. On RAW a few weeks ago, fans saw Triple H and Kevin Owens speaking privately backstage. After the conversation happened, Owens turned on his best friend Chris Jericho. It looks like Owens could be the third member involved in this new faction.

Both Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens have been sporting suits for the past couple of weeks, which is very reminiscent of Evolution.

Kevin Owens also emphasized the word ‘Evolution’ during his promo with Goldberg, which you can watch here:

Was this just a coincidence or is this WWE planting some seeds about a new version of Evolution in WWE?

Triple H would move into the role of Ric Flair as the representative of the past. Kevin Owens is the WWE Universal Champion and would be in the role of Triple H back in the original incarnation of the group. Samoa Joe would play the role similar to Batista, acting as the muscle of the group. If WWE decided to add another member, would be a pretty cool call-back if Ric Flair’s daughter: Charlotte joined the group as a female member. If not, Triple H could bring in another talent from NXT.
