Samoa Joe made his WWE main roster debut on the post-Royal Rumble episode of RAW. Joe appeared out of nowhere to attack Seth Rollins in his segment with Triple H. Now that Joe is on the main roster, what role will he be playing in the Seth Rollins and Triple H feud?

Current rumors suggest that the idea is for Joe to be Triple H’s muscle in the feud with Rollins. Triple H isn’t going to be wrestling on a weekly basis heading into Wrestlemania, so Joe provides Rollins with an opponent to feud with for the next few weeks.
After what happened on RAW, WWE will likely be building towards a match between Samoa Joe and Seth Rollins at the WWE Fastlane PPV event on March 5th. This should be a fantastic match between two very talented wrestlers.
The plan is still for Triple H and Seth Rollins to face off at Wrestlemania 33. The only thing that is unclear is what role Joe will play after Fastlane.

A Rollins vs Samoa Joe match at Fastlane is a bit of a lose-lose situation for both if either of them lose cleanly. If Rollins loses, his momentum is killed heading into a high-profile match against Triple H at Wrestlemania. If Rollins wins, this means Joe will be losing his first PPV match on WWE’s main roster.
This would also leave Samoa Joe in a weird position for Wrestlemania 33. Would Joe just be ringside for the match between Triple H and Rollins?
We have to think that WWE has a trick up their sleeves in the next few weeks. Maybe a WWE star evens the odds and helps out Rollins against Samoa Joe? This would lead to Samoa Joe having his own match at Wrestlemania, outside of the feud with Triple H and Seth.
