Smackdown Live is coming to New Orleans on June 13th. This will be the host city of Wrestlemania 34 next year so WWE will be looking to put on a big show to drive up interest for the event. It appears as if WWE is planning to do just that.

According to a new article on WWE.com, the June 13th episode of Smackdown Live is going to be a BIG one.
The article hypes 3 big matches for the event. All 3 will be re-matches from the recent Backlash Pay-Per-View.
Jinder Mahal vs Randy Orton for the WWE Championship.
- Orton is owed a rematch after losing the title.
Kevin Owens vs AJ Styles for the WWE United States Championship.
- Owens won at Backlash, but it is clear that these two haven’t seen the last of one another.
Shinsuke Nakamura vs Dolph Ziggler
- A rematch from Backlash where Nakamura was victorious.
It is interesting to note that the Money In The Bank Pay-Per-View takes place just 5 days later.

For those wondering why they would stack this show. It is taking place in New Orleans and WWE will want to drive up interest for Wrestlemania next year.
