Here are some of our bold guesses for Smackdown Live in 2019.
11) Aleister Black Will Join The Smackdown Roster In 2019
I think that Aleister Black is going to be one of the next people called up from NXT to the WWE main roster. He has accomplished just about everything in NXT and I think it is time for him to move up.
My early guess is Black will end up joining the Smackdown roster when he gets called up. This seems like it would be the best place for him and would give him the best chance to succeed. Plenty of great matches for him on Smackdown. This includes with AJ Styles, Daniel Bryan, Shinsuke Nakamura, Samoa Joe, and many more.
I think Black is going to be joining Team Blue in 2019,
10) The Miz vs Shane McMahon Will Happen At Some Point In 2019
It feels to me like WWE is planting some seeds for a potential match between Shane McMahon and the Miz. It just feels to me like this is leading towards a match at some point.
Based on current rumors, my guess is that Shane is eventually turning heel to set this one up. I could see WWE even saving this one for Wrestlemania 35.
Regardless, I think that we will be seeing Shane vs the Miz at some point in 2019.
9) The Usos OR The New Day Will Be Moving To RAW In 2019
I am a huge fan of both the Usos and the New Day. I have loved all of their matches against one another over the past few years. They have also been involved in some awesome segments that I have really loved (the rap battle immediately comes to mind).
While saying that, I think that it is time to split them up. My prediction for 2019 is that one of the New Day or the Usos will be moving to RAW in the Superstar Shake-Up.
This will be for the good of the tag team division on RAW. Either team would provide the division with fresh matches and an instant boost. I think it is time to split them up.
