It has been rumored for months now but it looks like former Ring of Honor World Champion Adam Cole is finally coming to WWE. Here are the details:
According to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Cole has signed with WWE for their NXT brand.
According to the report, Cole is scheduled to begin at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando this week.
Cole is a big signing and we have to assume that we could see him appear in some capacity at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III. WWE might have him sit in the crowd for the event and introduce him like we have seen them do in the past. They also might decide to actually use him on the show in a backstage segment or getting involved in a match. All we know is that Takeover just got a whole lot more interesting!
If you don’t know Cole, he is a 3-time Ring of Honor World Champion. His signing should make a lot of WWE fans happy as he is a talented individual….. Bay Bay!
