7) Daniel Bryan and Rowan vs Heavy Machinery
— Smackdown Tag Team Championships (Confirmed)
WWE has confirmed the Smackdown Tag Team Title match at Stomping Grounds. It will be Daniel Bryan and Rowan vs Heavy Machinery.
It will be interesting to see how Heavy Machinery does in their first serious feud on the WWE main roster. I am not expecting a classic match but it should be solid.
I am expecting Bryan and Rowan to retain their belts as it feels too soon for Heavy Machinery to win the gold.
Winner Prediction: Bryan and Rowan.
6) Samoa Joe vs Ricochet
— WWE United States Championship (Confirmed)
WWE has confirmed that Samoa Joe vs Ricochet will be happening at Stomping Grounds for the United States Title. This comes after Ricochet defeated the Miz, Braun Strowman, Bobby Lashley, and Cesaro in a number one contender’s match.
This could end up being a really fun match as I love both guys. This is definitely one that I am looking forward to and it could steal the show if given enough time.
I am going with Joe retaining here since he just got the belt back a few weeks ago.
Winner Prediction: Joe.
5) Drew McIntyre vs Roman Reigns
— Singles Match (Confirmed)
WWE has confirmed a match between Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre for WWE Stomping Grounds. This will be a rematch from Wrestlemania 35.
Since Shane McMahon won at WWE Super Showdown, I can’t see Roman losing at two straight PPV events.
I am going with Roman defeating Drew at the event.
Winner Prediction: Roman.
