Paige returned this past week to WWE programming for the first time in over a year. Paige didn’t come alone though, she brought two friends along with her from NXT: Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville. The three ladies took out the RAW Women’s division and made a big impact. It is clear that the RAW Women’s division has been shaken up.
Let’s speculate on what is next for Paige, Mandy & Sonya.
The trio took out Sasha Banks, Bayley & Mickie James in the ring on RAW this week. Going to assume that we will see a 6-woman tag team match in the near future: Paige, Mandy & Sonya vs Sasha, Bayley and Mickie would make sense. Maybe that will happen on RAW over the next few weeks. I think that this 6-woman tag tea, match will be the first thing that we see from the new trio on RAW.
The trio also took out Alexa Bliss backstage, which could be a tease that Paige will be the next challenger for the RAW Women’s Championship. I am not sure if WWE will want to wait until the Royal Rumble for the next RAW Women’s Title match so maybe it happens in December. Regardless, I see Paige as Alexa Bliss’ next title challenger.
As for the group dynamic, I think that Paige will be the clear leader with Mandy & Sonya as her enforcers. Paige will be the focal point that chases the title and she will receive back-up from both of them.
