1) The Super Showdown Stage Design Was Dope
Super Showdown took place at the Mohammed Abdu Arena in Saudi Arabia. As you likely expected, the stage/ stadium design for the event looked amazing.
Say what you want about these shows in Saudi Arabia but they always look like a mini-Wrestlemania.
2) The OC Defeated The Viking Raiders On The Kickoff Show
The kickoff show at Super Showdown featured a tag team match. It was The Viking Raiders against Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson of The OC.
The OC ended up picking up the win after landing the ‘Magic Killer’.
3) The Tuwaiq Trophy Looked Like It Was Made Out Of Jello
The event featured a Gauntlet match for the Tuwaiq Trophy. It was AJ Styles vs Andrade vs Bobby Lashley vs Erick Rowan vs R-Truth vs Rey Mysterio.
The Tuwaiq Trophy was displayed at ringside for the match. This led to some fans cracking jokes about the trophy looking like it is made out of jelly.
