6) Buddy Murphy vs Mustafa Ali
– WWE Cruiserweight Championship (Confirmed)
It was confirmed that we will be getting a Cruiserweight Championship match at Survivor Series. Buddy Murphy will put his belt on the line against Mustafa Ali.
I like Ali but I think that WWE is going to keep the belt on Murphy. I just don’t see the belt changing hands so soon.
Winner Prediction: Murphy retains.
5) Seth Rollins (WWE Intercontinental Champion) vs Shinsuke Nakamura (WWE United States Champion)
– Champion vs Champion (Confirmed)
It was confirmed that the event will feature a match between mid-card Champions. The WWE Intercontinental Champion from RAW against the WWE United States Champion from Smackdown. This year, it will be Seth Rollins vs Shinsuke Nakamura.
This sounds like an incredible match and I personally can’t wait to see it. This has a chance to be the match of the night.
Winner Prediction: I am going with Nakamura winning here. This will come after Dean Ambrose distracts (or attacks) Seth. I think Nakamura could use the win here after having a lackluster few months.
4) Ronda Rousey vs Charlotte Flair
– Singles Match
Sadly, the injuries to Becky Lynch forced her out of Survivor Series. As a result, WWE ended up making Ronda Rousey vs Charlotte Flair official for the Survivor Series PPV. Becky handpicked Charlotte as her replacement in this match.
This is interesting because this was supposed to be our potential Wrestlemania 35 main event. I have to wonder if this has changed WWE’s long-term plans for Ronda.
I think that we are going to see WWE protect both of them here. My guess is that Nia Jax and Tamina will interfere and attack both Ronda and Charlotte. The purpose of this would be to save Charlotte vs Ronda for a potential rematch at Wrestlemania.
Winner Prediction: The match ends in a no-contest after interference from Tamina and Nia Jax.
