It has been rumored for the past several months but WWE finally made it official: A WWE Women’s tournament is coming! The tournament will be similar to what WWE did with the Cruiserweight Classic and United Kingdom Championship Tournament.

Bayley, Alexa Bliss and Asuka were in attendance for the announcement alongside Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.
There will be 32 women competing from 17 different countries. There is not a specific date but it was announced as coming this Summer.
