There are already 8 matches confirmed for ‘Great Balls Of Fire’ on Sunday and there are still some notable absences from the card. This includes former WWE Universal Champion: Finn Balor, who doesn’t have a scheduled match for the event.
Balor has been involved in a small feud with the ‘drifter’ Elias Samson for the past few weeks but no match has been officially announced by WWE (as of writing this).
There are some rumors circulating that suggest Balor will still be a part of ‘Great Balls of Fire’ in some form.
It is unclear if WWE will do a Balor vs Samson match at the event or if it just be another segment between the two. It is more than likely that we see something happen between the two on Sunday to continue the feud.
At ‘Extreme Rules’, we saw Elias Samson play his guitar in the middle of the ring. If no match is announced over the next few days, we have to guess that this will happen again on Sunday, with Balor interrupting.
Take all rumors with a grain of salt as always. Seems likely that WWE will find a way to fit Balor onto the show in some way.
