WWE Hall of Famer: Shawn Michaels appeared on this weeks episode of Monday Night RAW in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Michaels hyped up the 2017 Royal Rumble in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas. He also plugged his new movie: The Resurrection of Gavin Stone. The fans chanted “One More Match” at the legend during the segment. He told fans that he didn’t give in to peer pressure.

Probably explains why Shawn hasn’t come out of retirement. Also answers the question as to why he won’t compete in the Royal Rumble. 2017 Royal Rumble in his hometown of San Antonio. 20 year anniversary of him winning the WWF title at the same event. Couldn’t be a more perfect situation for a return but HBK has stuck to his guns.
