Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Baron Corbin vs. A.J. Styles vs. Kevin Owens vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Sami Zayn
Money in the Bank Ladder Match:
This match is the perfect combination of veteran performers and upcoming talent that makes the Money in the Bank match great. Ultimately you could make an argument for just about everyone in this match to win except maybe Dolph Ziggler. So as we did earlier in this article let’s breakdown who will win this match.

Coming up in the no chance to win spot would be Dolph Ziggler and its no disrespect to Ziggler I believe in my first article written for IWnerd.com I wrote that when we look back Ziggler will be one of the more undervalued talents in the history of the business. I think he’s in a position where is going to be elevating talents around him and maybe a feud is on the horizon for a guy like Tye Dillinger to help him take a step up. A.J. Styles and Kevin Owens will be filling the above roles of Charlotte and Becky Lynch as they would like produce the biggest pop and possibly a better fit for the briefcase neither needs it. I think these two actually continue their feud into Summerslam where we will see the finality of this feud.
Next I’ll label this guy the odds on favorite by everyone and even by myself just a short month ago. Baron Corbin has been looked at since his clean loss to Sami Zayn as the guy who 100% will win this event hell I even think he’s the betting favorite to win. I actually messaged someone last night who asked me who I thought would win and I said Baron Corbin. The more I think about it the more I talk myself out of Corbin winning the briefcase and it’s not because he doesn’t deserve it I more or less don’t find his character interesting holding the briefcase.
So I’m going out on a limb and guess that the favorite won’t be winning the briefcase and that WWE will close the show sending the fans home over the top happy. Which leaves the ultimate underdog Sami Zayn and the artist or is it the king of strong style or is it the rock star? Whatever it leaves Sami Zayn and Shinsuke Nakamura as my two top options to win the briefcase. Both of these guys have been picking up wins every week and looking extremely strong going into the PPV. Which traditionally is a negative when picking a briefcase winner and I am going against the grain here. Shinsuke Nakamura has the rocket strapped to his back and I could certainly see the WWE going ahead and going full speed with his push and having him win the briefcase.
However my pick to win the Money in the Bank match and become Mr. Money in the Bank, a decision that I made literally just before writing this article is Sami Zayn. The reason I’m picking Sami Zayn to win the briefcase is because of how I think and what I think we have setup for Summerslam. Sami Zayn is no doubt a fan favorite and is even marketed as “the ultimate underdog”. He is also being presented as a big of a nerd right now and I think it’s because they want to try and swerve you away from thinking he will win even though of all the opponents he is the most on fire. My reasoning for having Sami Zayn win the briefcase is because I believe he cashes it in for an announced title match at Summerslam against Jinder Mahal.
With John Cena now being a free agent I’m not so sure we have him coming back to feud for the title. So in my mind I think we may be getting John Cena vs. Shinsuke Nakamura at Summerslam. Also I believe Baron Corbin transitions to a feud with Randy Orton and A.J. Styles and Kevin Owens continue the feud for the U.S. Title. Finally if WWE wanted to have someone else lose the title and put even more heat on Jinder Mahal, then Sami Zayn is the perfect person for that to happen to. The Brooklyn crowd will be on fire for Sami at Summerslam. So there is it ladies and gentlemen not only am I saying Sami Zayn will win the briefcase this Sunday, I also believe he is in the WWE Title match against Jinder Mahal at Summerslam.
Winner: Sami Zayn

I bet when you opened this article you weren’t expecting to see Sami Zayn as the winner of the briefcase and also in the WWE Title match at Summerslam. Thanks for giving this a read and remember I am giving away any one shirt at WWEShop.com once I get to 1k followers. I ask that you please like and share the articles and let me know what you think. Until next time be awesome.
I don’t agree with the Becky doesn’t need it. I think it’s her last chance to win something. After the Womens Tournament & other NXT Call Ups her time is over and she will have the Natalya Standing.
