5) Vanessa Borne
I think that Vanessa Borne will be a member of this new faction. There was a rumor a few weeks ago that Borne was called up to the WWE main roster but they didn’t use her on television. Maybe they were saving her debut for this new faction?

Based on the main roster call-up rumors and the hair, it seems like Borne has a strong chance to be in this faction.
4) Dominik Dijakovic
Another person who seems like they will be involved in the ‘Retribution’ faction is Dominik Dijakovic. Like Vanessa Borne, there have been rumors for a while now that WWE will be calling up Dijakovic to the WWE main roster. Putting him in this new faction could be a solid option for his debut.
Another clue that he could be in the group is the random messages that he has been posting and deleting on social media. This includes posting things like “We Are In Control” and tagging Vince McMahon. Here is an example:
