6) Who Will Be the Sole Survivors?

One of the best parts of Survivor Series is finding out who will be the ‘sole survivors’ of the event. Meaning who will last until the very end, earning their team a victory in the traditional elimination matches.

It is difficult to speculate prior to the matches, because they could go in any direction.  If I had to throw some candidates on it, I would expect all the champions to stick around until near the very end. This means Rhyno & Heath Slater, The New Day, Aj Styles, Kevin Owens, Becky Lynch and Charlotte are all candidates to make it to the end. The WWE is going to want to keep their champions looking strong and staying in the event until near the end.

After writing that, I acknowledge that it would also be great for guys to eliminate the champions, setting up their next feuds after Survivor Series. Maybe my theory about most the champions sticking around until the end isn’t as solid as I thought.

That is the fun part of the elimination matches though as it is extremely difficult to predict the sole survivors and the winners. Being the sole survivor can give you a lot of momentum, heading into the next few weeks of WWE TV. It would also give you a nice claim at a title shot if you were to stick around until the end.

I guess we should wait and find out!!! There will be 40 participants total in all of the elimination matches, leaving plenty of options when choosing who will survive!!
