Here is what we predict will be the match order at Extreme Rules on Sunday night. This is the order from 1 to 10 that we think the matches will take place.

(Kickoff Show) Sin Cara vs Andrade Almas
Confirmed for the kickoff show. Guessing this match is first on the kickoff.
(Kickoff Show) Sanity vs The New Day (Tables Match)
I would argue that this one should be on the main card but that is a discussion for another time.
1) Seth Rollins vs Dolph Ziggler – Intercontinental Championship (Iron Man Match)
It seems to be WWE’s philosophy to start off the main card of their shows with a really strong match. For me, the match that fits that role here is Seth Rollins vs Dolph Ziggler in the Iron Man match for the Intercontinental Championship. There are a few reasons why I think it should open the card:
– The first is that this might end up being the best match of the night. I am always in favor of kicking off a show with a really good match to get the crowd into it and to get some momentum going. No doubt in my mind that Ziggler and Rollins will deliver.
– You don’t want to risk deflating the crowd during the middle of the show. With fans knowing that the match is going 30-minutes, I think you risk losing the audience at some point during the match if it were to go in the middle of the show. The crowd will be fresh to start the show and will likely be into it for the entire time period.
It might be unconventional to start the show off with an Iron Man match but I think it makes sense.
2) The Deleters Of Worlds (Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt) vs the B Team (Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel) – RAW Tag Team Championships
I am guessing that this match will be one of the shorter ones on the card. This is because Bray Wyatt is coming off a car accident and we don’t really know if he will be at full strength.
As a result, I think it will be extremely early on in the card. Probably will last less than 10 minutes. My guess is that it happens in the number 2 spot as a cool down match after the Iron Man classic.
3) Braun Strowman vs Kevin Owens (Steel Cage Match)
I think that the steel cage match between Braun Strowman and Kevin Owens will happen early on in the card. There are no real stakes involved, so I think this would be a decent spot for it. I also want to space out some of the gimmick matches as best I can.
I have it in the number 3 spot. You could probably make a case for it to be somewhere from about 3 to 7 though.
