You might not know that AJ Styles started his career in the promotion: NWA Wildside based in his home state of Georgia. In 2001, Styles was scouted at an NWA Wildside show by WCW and eventually was brought in for a short period of time. As we know now, he has become one of the most popular wrestlers in the world.

On Saturday night, there was an NWA Wildside reunion show that advertised 50 returning stars. One of these stars was AJ Styles.
