Sawyer Fulton announced on Twitter on Friday that he had been released from the WWE. Fulton joined Emma, Darren Young and Summer Rae as WWE wrestlers that had recently been released by the company. Now, we have a fifth name joining them.

WWE developmental talent Leo Gao has been released from WWE.
A tweet from Gao led to speculation that he had been released:

It was confirmed by Pro Wrestling Sheet that Gao is gone from the company. The report cites a neck injury that eventually led to him being let go.
