As noted prior, David Otunga has split with his fiance of 10 years: Jennifer Hudson. Hudson was granted an order of protection against Otunga. Both parties released statements on Tuesday night, giving their side of what was going on.

In the order of protection (acquired by TMZ), Hudson claims that Otunga was showing: “aggressive, threatening and harassing behavior toward me.” Also: “I am now living in fear of further action David might take.”
Here is an excerpt from TMZ’s report:
“She claims on Wednesday she was at a recording session in Chicago with their son, David Jr., and David made a series of phone calls to reach her. When he couldn’t get her, he asked their son to record the scene. Hudson says David wanted their son to show she was dating one of her producers … something she denies. She says when she got home David was visibly angry, grabbed David Jr. by the hand and physically pushed Hudson out of the master suite. She claims their son, a makeup artist and an assistant all witnessed the incident”
Otunga has already denied that he was ever physical with her.
Hudson also claims that Otunga left a gun in a holster on their kitchen table which she believes was done to intimidate and taunt her. Otunga claims it was a movie prop.
Each want custody of their son. Hudson is asking for “significant decision-making responsibilities” and says she has been making all of the major decisions already. Otunga denies this, claiming the opposite. According to TMZ, police have opened a domestic battery investigation and it is classified as a misdemeanor.
As for what this means for Otunga and WWE, Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet gave an update:
Cops told TMZ they’ve launched a misdemeanor domestic battery investigation in regards to Jennifer Hudson’s claims against David Otunga.
It’s worth noting that WWE’s zero tolerance policy would only kick if he were to get arrested. Then he’d be suspended.
