On a recent episode of ‘E&C’s Pod Of Awesomeness’, Edge spoke about the possibility of ever wrestling another match. Edge retired back in 2011 after his MRI results revealed that he was suffering from cervical spinal stenosis.

Edge has stayed true to his retirement. He says that he is asked on a daily basis from fans today about wrestling another match in WWE.
Edge made it about as clear as he could on his podcast that he is never coming back:
“I just want to make this as clear as possible. I appreciate that people always ask me, ‘oh, so you’re going to come back for one more match, right?’ It’s a huge compliment that you want me to come back for one more match; however, it can never, ever happen. The WWE has medically disqualified me from ever wrestling again, so for those listening, that’s the way it is, but I appreciate you wanting more.”
A bummer for fans but Edge’s health is the most important thing here. Some fans don’t realize that he could be paralyzed or even die if he were to land wrong. His career speaks for itself and he has nothing left to prove anyways.
