Jeff Hardy suffered a shoulder injury back in September. It was revealed that Jeff tore both his rotator cuff and his labrum. He had surgery in early October to fix the issues.

Both Matt and Jeff Hardy attended the Wrestlemania 34 pre-sale party. According to NOLA.com, Jeff confirmed that he will be back in time for Wrestlemania 34. Here is an excerpt from the article:
“Jeff Hardy’s tattooed right arm was in sling, as he recovers from shoulder surgery necessary because of repeated overextension. But, he said, he plans to be back in the tag team business by Wrestlemania 34.”
