4) Shinsuke Nakamura
I am not sure if WWE wants to put the WWE Title on Shinsuke Nakamura this early in his main roster career. I also didn’t think Nakamura would be in the Money in the Bank ladder match so shows you how much I know.

In my head, Nakamura winning the title from Jinder could be a good decision. He won the NXT Title only a few months after his debut and they could follow the same path here on Smackdown Live.
I am not sure if a match between Jinder and Nakamura would tear the house down but it could be solid. This would lead to Nakamura winning the title and having a successful run as WWE Champion. I don’t know if too many fans would complain about a Nakamura title run.
Heck, if WWE wants to go all-in on their push for India, they could follow suit with Nakamura and their push for expansion in Japan.
It might be too early for Nakamura and that is why he earns number 4 on our list.
3) (Babyface) Rusev
Jinder and Rusev already have a history with one another based on their partnership together on Monday Night RAW. Last time we saw them together, there was tension brewing between them and they both split off into singles competition.
Mix that in with Rusev demanding a shot at the WWE Championship from Shane McMahon and it seems like a clash between these two is inevitable.
Maybe this could be the beginning of a babyface run for Rusev? Could be a nice change-up from his anti-American character that we are used to.
Could also be fun to see him win the title. Many fans feel like Rusev deserves a World Title run and this could be his big opportunity.
Rusev certainly is a contender and I wouldn’t mind seeing him as Champion.
