Jon Moxley was recently a guest on the Store Horsemen podcast. During the interview, he spoke on a wide variety of topics.
One of these topics was about him joining AEW and if that means they are going to war with WWE.
Here is what he said (h/t to Wrestling INC for the quotes below):
“This is not the Monday Night Wars. Now, we are over here doing this, they are always going to be there, it would be a fool’s errand to try and take them down, it wouldn’t be good for the wrestling business to try and take them down. We are providing a good alternative, showing that there is a world outside of that.”
“I can’t wait, it’s super exciting, it’s going to be challenging, we have no idea what is going to happen, but we are making history. First time in a long time, TNA was prime time for a little bit but this is a first since basically WCW.”
