Last week, a report suggested that Diamond Dallas Page was going to be in attendance of Monday Night RAW this week in Phoenix. RAW went by and no appearance from DDP happened.
It turns out that he was backstage at the show. Why didn’t he appear on the show?
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that DDP was backstage at RAW in order to film interview content for several upcoming WWE projects.
One of these projects will be the Randy Savage: Unreleased Matches DVD that is scheduled to come out later in 2018. DDP and Savage feuded back in WCW.
Johnson also says that DDP arrived around when WWE started filming Main Event. He wasn’t around throughout the day.
