The February 19th episode of Monday Night RAW will be taking place at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona. This will be the final episode of RAW prior to the Elimination Chamber Pay Per View.
A WWE Hall of Famer will apparently be returning on the show. Warning, this is marked as a spoiler.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page is slated to be on RAW this Monday.
It is unclear what his role will be on the show but he is scheduled to make some sort of appearance.

In an unrelated note, Johnson also says that the WWE roster has not yet been informed of any plans about dual-branded PPV events.
