Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) The Main Event Of Wrestlemania 38 Night 1
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, there has been talk of the Stone Cold Steve Austin and Kevin Owens segment main eventing night 1 of Wrestlemania 38. The current plan is for it to be Ronda Rousey vs Charlotte Flair going on last but WWE has discussed the Austin and Owens one as well.
Here is what Meltzer said:
“I haven’t checked since…when did I last check on this…Wednesday I think. And Ronda and Charlotte Flair was still – I mean it’ll be the quote ‘main event’ either way unless they change their mind, which like this week could happen 10 times. But it was still to go on last. But I know there’s been talk of the Austin thing going on last.”
My Take:
- I think the Austin segment would be the best call. Could be a fun way to end the show. I don’t really care either way though.
4) New Name For NXT Superstar
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Kayla Inlay’s new name in WWE will be Kiana James.

A few days ago, we noted WWE had filed a new trademark on the ring name “Kiana James.” James is the new ring name for WWE NXT talent Kayla Inlay:
My Take:
- I don’t know much about her but I am looking forward to seeing her career develop.
