3) WWE To Sign Son Of Former Superstar?
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, David Finlay is someone to watch out for in terms of a future WWE signing. He is the son of WWE legend, Fit Finlay.
Here is what Meltzer said:
“Fit Finlay said that his son is interested in doing other stuff whether it’s going to WWE or something else. He’s trying to explore his options. So, that’s another thing to watch out for.”
My Take:
- Fit Finlay is a name that seems to be universally praised for his work behind-the-scenes in WWE. I am excited to follow more of his sons career.
2) WWE Has Stopped Humberto Carrillo’s Push
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, WWE has pressed pause on Humberto Carrillo. After receiving some TV time for a few weeks, WWE has decided to move on from using Carrillo.
Here is what Johnson wrote:
For those who asked why there was no update on Humberto Carrillo, the decision was made to focus on the Ricochet stuff. Much like Mansoor being forgotten a week after he debuted, the decision was made to focus on something else.
My Take:
- Humberto has never been able to find his footing since coming to the WWE main roster. I feel bad for him as he is a talented performer.
