1) Change To The WWE PPV Schedule
According to Mike Johnson of PWinsider, the 2021 Fastlane PPV will now be happening on March 21st. This comes after Wrestlemania 37 was pushed back to April 10th and 11th.
Here is what Johnson wrote, which includes the updated WWE PPV schedule for 2021:
The 2021 WWE Fast Lane PPV will be broadcast from the WWE Thunderdome on Sunday 3/21, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
The full WWE PPV schedule for the first quarter of 2021 is as follows:
1/31 – 2021 Royal Rumble.
2/14 – WWE NXT Takeover
2/21 – 2021 Elimination Chamber
3/21 – 2021 Fast Lane
4/10 and 4/11 – WWE Wrestlemania 37 from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.
My Take:
- I feel like WWE doing both Fastlane and Elimination Chamber before Wrestlemania is a bit much. I feel like they only need one of these shows but that might just be me.
