Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Backstage Note On The Upcoming WWE UK PPV
According to Sean Ross Sapp on Twitter, WWE is tentatively planning a PPV event in the UK on either September 3rd or 4th, 2022.
Here is what Sapp Tweeted:
September 3 or 4 is slated tentatively as the WWE UK PPV, as far as I understand. Even if they ran the day of All Out, the shows would likely be an ocean apart and not technically head to head
My Take:
- I can’t wait for this. The UK fans are amazing and the atmosphere should be awesome.
4) Backstage Notes On The WWE PPV Schedule
According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), the Smackdown locker room is happy with the 2022 PPV schedule. Specifically, the locker room is happier with there being more Saturday PPV events.
Here is what Sapp wrote:
The move to doing more Saturday PPV shows during football season also was seen as a positive one from everyone we spoke to, with numerous Smackdown talent particularly being happy about it.
My Take:
- I also enjoy the Saturday PPV events. I think it is nice to have a mixture of both Saturday and Sunday shows.
