3) No Superstars Are Getting Released By WWE
In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer also noted that no Superstars are expected to get released by WWE right now.
Fans started to speculate after the mass release of employees that a few Superstars could also get cut but that is not the case right now:
WWE officials said that there would be no new talent releases at this time.
My Take:
- I definitely figured that a few lower card Superstars would get cut during this. I am glad to be wrong.
2) Brock Lesnar Wants To Work With WWE Star
During a recent interview, R-Truth revealed Brock Lesnar told him that he wants to work with him again. This was after their segment together on RAW back in January:
Here is what Truth said:
“The magic just went on man, it kept going on. And after that segment was over, we’re in the back and Brock was still laughing. He said ‘Bro, we got to do something together. There’s something there. I don’t know what it is, but there’s something there’. And we left it there. I know that’s something we can always go back and pick up. But that is one of the highest moments in my career right there.”
My Take:
- I would like to see another R-Truth and Brock segment. Their one back in January was great and Truth is usually able to make me crack up.
