Rumor Roundup: The Length Of Wrestlemania 37, WWE Turning Two Superstars Heel, More

2) The Length Of Wrestlemania 37

According to Mike Johnson of PWinsider, each night of Wrestlemania 37 is currently planned to be 3 hours long. This only includes the main cards and not any of the kickoff show.

Here is what Johnson wrote:

For those who have asked about Wrestlemania 37 weekend, PWInsider.com can confirm that the current plan is for each night of Wrestlemania to be a three hour broadcast each night running from 7 – 10 PM EST. That is obviously subject to change, as is everything about the world currently, and that plan likely doesn’t factor in whatever Kickoff Show would air before the actual PPV broadcasts.

My Take:

  • 3 hours each night seems completely reasonable. I don’t miss the days of 7+ hour long Wrestlemania’s.

2) WWE’s Plan For Fans At Wrestlemania 37

According to @Wrestlevotes, WWE is currently planning to have 25,000 fans at Wrestlemania 37. This comes after the news that the show was moved to Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay.

Here is what the account Tweeted:

WWE is planning on permitting upwards of 25,000 fans for WrestleMania on each night.

My Take:

  • That seems like a large number. I feel like it would be safer to go smaller but I guess we will have to wait and see.
