Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) New Royal Rumble Betting Favorite
According to Betway, Brock Lesnar is the new betting favorite to win the men’s Royal Rumble match. Here are the top favorites as of today:
- Brock Lesnar (9 to 1 odds)
- Keith Lee (10 to 1 odds)
- Roman Reigns (11 to 1 odds)
- Big E (12 to 1 odds)
This has changed from last month, where Big E was the betting favorite.
My Take:
- Obviously it is still way too early but it is fun to track the favorites every month to see how they change. I feel like fans would absolutely hate Brock returning and winning the Rumble. It would make sense though as I could easily see him facing off against Roman Reigns or Bobby Lashley for their titles.
4) Former AEW Wrestler Signing With NXT UK
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Bea Priestley is likely heading to NXT UK. Priestley is known for her time in Stardom and AEW.
Here is what Meltzer wrote:
‘Although because of WWE rules, nobody can say anything until the company announces it, but Bea Priestley is almost surely headed to NXT U.K”
My Take:
- This would be a strong signing for NXT UK. Bea is talented and I think that she would do well.
