Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) WWE Is Not Planning Brock Lesnar Match For Raw Superstar
Bobby Lashley was recently interviewed on Busted Open Radio. During this, Lashley revealed that he has been told multiple times by WWE that he won’t be facing Brock Lesnar.
Here is what Lashley said:
“I like the Brock match up. I’ve heard it is not happening several times. I don’t know why. Whatever the case is, maybe he’s not coming back. Maybe he has other focuses in the company. I don’t know. I like the matchup.
My Take:
- This is a bummer as this would be a fun and hard-hitting match. Seems like a case where Brock doesn’t want to work with Lashley but that is only speculation from me.
4) Name That Won’t Be Facing Roman Reigns At Wrestlemania 37
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, we can rule out one name as Roman Reigns’ opponent at Wrestlemania 37.
Meltzer says that Reigns will NOT be facing Shinsuke Nakamura at the event:
“We don’t know who his opponent is, other than it’s not Nakamura.”
My Take:
- My guess is that we get Roman Reigns vs Shinsuke Nakamura at the Elimination Chamber PPV. That would be a fun match for the event and was teased on Smackdown recently.
