On RAW this past week the WWE announced that they would be revealing Brock Lesnar’s Summerslam opponent during Smackdown this week. Smackdown tapes tonight (Tuesday) so we will likely find out before the day is done. There has been plenty of speculation about who Brock will face at the event. It should be noted that Summerslam takes place over a month after Brock competes at UFC 200 so he should be ready to go for the event unless things go drastically wrong in his fight against Mark Hunt.

A reddit user named MisterKnowItAll1 has claimed that Brock Lesnar will be facing a returning Randy Orton at Summerslam this year. You can check the original post (and great community here). We usually don’t post this kind of stuff from unverified people but the same account called Shane McMahon facing the Undertaker a couple months ago. Thought I would share and see what people thought.
Randy has been out for a number of months due to injury but is reportedly very close to returning.
