On RAW this week we saw a ton of build towards Survivor Series. Specifically, it was announced that there will be two Women’s matches at the event. The first will be RAW Women’s Champion: Alexa Bliss taking on Smackdown Women’s Champion: Natalya.

The second will be Team RAW vs Team Smackdown in a Survivor Series elimination match. Alicia Fox defeated Bayley and Sasha Banks to become captain of Team RAW.
So how will WWE decide the captain of Team Smackdown Live?
According to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, the plan is for there to be a fatal 5-way match on Smackdown Live this week. The winner will become the captain of Team Smackdown in the Women’s match.
We have to assume that Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Carmella, Tamina and Naomi will be the participants in the match since they are the main female talents left on Smackdown.
Also, it looks like regardless of the captain, the five names listed above will likely make up Team Smackdown. That is, unless WWE decides to swap Lana for one of them.
