Clash of Champions takes place on December 17th in Boston. The event will be the final WWE Pay-Per-View of 2017. We already know the main event of the show: Jinder Mahal will challenge AJ Styles for the WWE Championship. Here is our speculation on what the rest of the card will end up looking like.
Baron Corbin vs Bobby Roode – WWE United States Championship
- This was teased during the lumberjack match on Smackdown Live
Charlotte Flair vs Natalya
- Since it’s Clash of Champions, we need to see a Women’s title match on the show. Since their match was interrupted on Smackdown, I think that we will see a rematch.
Naomi, Carmella and Becky Lynch (or Tamina) vs Ruby Riot, Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan
- Becky Lynch is filming a movie and it is unclear if she will be back in time for the event. If not her, she could be replaced by Tamina. It makes sense though to have a 6-woman tag team match with the new NXT call ups.
Randy Orton vs Kevin Owens
- We are going to see this on Smackdown next week, but guessing interference or something doesn’t allow this to fully start. WWE saves it for Clash of Champions.
Shinsuke Nakamura vs Sami Zayn
- We know these two have great in-ring chemistry. Will be even more interesting with the heel turn from Sami.
The Usos vs Shelton Benjamin and Chad Gable – Smackdown Live Tag Team Championships
- Looks like this is the direction we are heading after Smackdown Live.
The New Day vs Rusev and Aiden English
- Looks like this could happen after what happened between them on Smackdown this week.
Jinder Mahal vs AJ Styles – WWE Championship
- Already confirmed
